Rail Served Facilities with Carrier Coordination
Logistics & Transportation
We manage domestic and international inbound and outbound transportation across rail, truck, and intermodal shipments. Our facilities have direct rail access, on-site transloading, a certified truck scale, and a full conversion tank wash. We coordinate scheduling across multiple carriers based on material requirements and routing to maintain flexibility and responsiveness.

Material Processing
Pine Vista operates blending, screening, milling, and classification equipment on-site for materials that need to be conditioned to a customer specification before they ship. All processing is performed inside our facility using our equipment, with quality verification available at every stage through our on-site lab.

Precision Blending
Multi-component dry bulk blending to customer-specified formulations. We handle recipe-based blending for materials including fertilizers, mineral blends, chemical intermediates, and custom products. Blend ratios are adjusted based on incoming material testing to account for lot-to-lot variability in feedstock, so output meets target specification consistently. Batch and continuous blending configurations available depending on volume and material requirements.

Vibratory Screening
High-capacity vibratory screening for particle size separation, scalping, dedusting, and fines removal. Multi-deck screen configurations allow simultaneous separation into multiple size fractions in a single pass. Used to meet customer PSD specifications, removal of oversize and agglomerates, and foreign material separation.

Air Classification
Aerodynamic separation for fine and ultrafine dry bulk materials where mechanical screening cannot achieve the required cut point. Produces tight particle size distributions at the fine end of the PSD range for specification-critical applications. Used when downstream performance depends on narrow particle size control that vibratory screening alone cannot deliver.

Milling & Size Reduction
Mechanical size reduction to bring material into target particle size ranges. Used when incoming material is too coarse for downstream specification or when a customer requirement tightens and existing inventory needs to be reprocessed. Output PSD is verified through our on-site lab before material is cleared for storage or shipment.

Product Recovery
Reprocessing of off-spec material, production residuals, and process waste streams to recover usable product. Includes screening, re-blending, and reclassification to bring rejected or marginal material back into specification. Recovers value from inventory that would otherwise be written off or disposed of.

Custom Formulations
Development and production of custom dry bulk blends to customer-provided recipes or jointly developed specifications. Supported by on-site lab testing to verify blend accuracy, homogeneity, and conformance to target chemistry and physical properties. Suitable for trial batches through full production runs.
